itd be great if i do, but if i dont i wont complain, I eat a ton, i even eat peanut butter by the spoonful, but i have no spotter and i need endurance and cardio for work

im short too 5'5" so im not a complete stick figure

i havent gained weight in over a year

I take BCAA's intra workout, creatine and weight gainer with peanut butter post workout

Screw the isolation and just do HEAVY compound lifts.....bench (5x5), dips (5x5) then max push ups x3 for a finisher. 3x a week and run sprints 2x instead?
Endurance comes from being strong first! You have to have something to endure!

PS - Don't forget the back too....pull ups and rows are your best friend!
