The only reason I suggested it is because sometimes those old foam filters break apart, crumble and can clog the intake. It should only be a wing nut holding the air filter cover in place. To rule it out, take the filter out and try starting it with no filter at all. No offense guys, but to me that's the first thing to check because it takes the least amount of work to get to and it's easy to rule out.

To visually inspect, sure..IMO just as easy as the plug at least on my machine. Fuel would be the hardest to actually see, although if you smell raw fuel (Miguel, do you?) it's a decent guess that it's getting it to the carb worst case.

 

I need UCA's! I took my truck up to 90mph and that was scary. Such a squirrelly ride

Yea I know that. It's just I haven't liked how my truck has even handling recently even at 65 mph

Yea I'm saving for pulleys right now

 

Check bushings, TRE's, bj's, steering rack, etc. Stuff wears out faster with big tires, lift, offroading

 

OEM replacement or lightweight? I'd like to get my hands on some lightweight pulleys and an intake plenum spacer, just to see if there is really any difference.

CV boots are going and looking at them now, the axles are almost level. 3.25" front lift ftw!

 

Get a hybrid sticker like I did and park there. I do that all the time
