kevin must be nice to eat whatever you not have to worry about gaining fat, i weight all my food, log all my food, i measure all my food down to grams, and have an alarm clock tell me when to eat(IF). so you can see where all my jelly is coming from. and i have to eat 1000 below maintenance caloric intake to lose 1%BF in a month. FUCK BEING ENDOMORPH!

Why not make your own? 2 scoop of chocolate whey protein, 4 spoon full of peanut butter, 1 frozen banana, 3 cups of fat free milk and some ice, and you got a banging shake :D

But for you peanut butter lovers (not so healthy) this is so good. Also comes in chocolate

    lol
i eat a ton, either way i dont gain or lose. hopefully with lifting now I will be able to turn what I eat into muscule.
EDIT: just realized there was another Kevin in here...haha

I made some protein pancakes last night with flax seed, banana, egg whites, whole grain oats, pancake mix, two scoops of protein powder, and cinnimon...so good.

Wouldnt that get expensive? Try PB2. Its a powdered penut butter
    http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
and mix with a clean protein. I use this.

One of my fav meal is beef fajitas with potatos and its super easy to make
get a bag of this, i get it from my local Walmart, its cooked so you just have to heat it up. i top mine off with some BBQ sauce
    [IMG]
Microwave how ever many potatos you like, then i'd like to top mind with some sweet hot honey mustard
    [IMG]
Then you can just buy a bag of salad as appetizer, this whole meal takes like 10 mins to make and its GAF(good as ****)

"clean" eating is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
    http://www.heandsheeatclean.com/p/the-recipes.html

Jaime eason has some great reciepes (we also have the same last name)
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-recipes-main-page.html

We make the turkey muffins alot. Super easy to make and you can add or change items to your liking. We will use a food proccesor to shred some onion, and zucchini. add cilantro. (not too much egg whites or it will rise out of the muffin pan and make a mess). Add your hot sauce of choice :D

Some people advise against potatoes and will use sweet potatoes instead. Im personally not worried about them but I do eat both. Sweet potatoes do have better nutrients in them than idaho potatos

Another BBM(bodybuildingmeal) i like is grilled chicken with cheesy bacon beans, sounds unhealthy but it's not
i marinate my chicken breast in this, then grilled it to perfection.
then i boil up some black beans in the pan and top it with some fat free cheese and bacon bits
