I have a 07 Tacoma 4x4 double cab short bed. The problem I am having is I had the Rear Spring TSB done and to level the front to match the rear I used a 2.5 inch hell bent over the strut lift. The lift worked perfectly however I immediately noticed a vibration between 30 to 45 mph. I read on the forum and everyone seemed to say it was due to the rear drive line which I did not believe was my problem since it only started after lifting the front but I went ahead and installed a Carrier bearing drop which did not help. I do not have any problems while braking but I have notice the vibration goes away if I put it in 4wd. Any Suggestions?:confused:
    Thanks
    Rob

this is the same problem I have somewhat similar scenario..... I had a OME lift installed, 1.75 front and 2.25 in back. I noticed a vibration in the truck between 1200 and 1700 rpms, and only from the slow position less then 5mph to 11mph... I have no idea. Only noticed it with new lift on there. They replaced my back springs with the ome springs, now I have a vibrtation.

I have a Fat Bob Lift (2.5" front and rear) and never had any issues. I did install a 1" diff drop. I drove it for 2 months prior to having the alignment done with NO issues. As soon as I had the alignment adjusted, I get a vibration between 48-58 mph. I also had the tires rotated and the same time, I am wondering if they got them out of balance??

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I would suggest getting them rebalanced.

i would use an angle shim on the rear leafs..its most likely caused by improper pinion angle

I am going to try the rebalance first, that way I haven't added anything unnecessary.

you say it happened after the front spacer? Did you do the diff drop? . I don't have a 4x4 but I think thats the problem.

If you are talking to me, then no. It didn't happen until AFTER I had the alignment and tire rotation done. I think they got them out of balance.

my comment was to the OP, but yours just may be the balance/alignment, It took my guys a few times to get it right also.
