id have to remove all the cabinets in the front of my garage just to fit the truck, oh and get rid of the extra beer fridge and freezer too which isnt happening!!!!

Ha. HOA's are not all what they are cracked up to be. Watched the news last night about an HOA in Roxbury that is giving out speeding tickets to homeowners in the area. And they think the tickets will stick too if anyone went to court.

NO thank you sir! You enjoy that HOA. I will just shoot the neighbors pink flamingo with a shot gun.

Yeah you have the patio home which was similar to our town home and we had an HOA. It was not too bad in that situation. I just don't like paying dues each month and then they don't do much.

HR is nice though because it is a master planned community so there is an HR HOA. With that they maintain the roads, have a lot of nice recreation centers and stuff like that. Some neighborhoods though have a separate HOA as well. That can't be fun to pay both HOA's though.

 

yeah i only pay the dues quarterly and get access to all the HR rec centers which is awesome!!!! and i hate pink houses so thats a plus!!!!
