    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(

The best thing is to try to find an LBS or a buddy to let you get some demo seat time on a SCC VP bike. VPP isn't for everyone, but a lot of people love em including myself. There seems to be an equal amount of converts that go DW to VPP or VPP to DW(and everything in between) so it's all in what you expect out of your bike. Seat time will help you decide.

I've demo'd plenty DW bikes but always felt they didn't fit my riding style. They rode plush as hell though! I tend to ride some sloppy lines sometimes and I feel the VPP is more forgiving on big hits involving crap/flat landings. I'd say climbing is damn near identical from dw to VPP. As for small bump compliance, from my experience the DW is more sensitive than the VPP---but in the way that I feel more chatter on the DW. Landing from big jumps is similar on both DW VPP but I get more "pop" from VPP preloading right before the jump. Berms feel better for me with the VPP as well.

If you don't think there's a big enough difference between the LT and the EX 8....you can always chuck up another Benjamin to get the $1000 SC aluminum Nomad frames SC has for sale rt now haha. :D

There you go! I see tons of Mojo HD's on the trails I ride, heard nothing but good things about em.

Went out for an afternoon ride today, climbing was a beeeyatch on this particular ride even though it's my usual trail lol----I blame the 2 helpings of homemade clam chowder the gf made that I inhaled an hour before haha.

    Obligatory "top of ride" pic:

I just brought back my Norco VPS Drop which makes this even harder.

    The better coast
Ebay as well. I saw a heap set of brakes a few days ago on Craigslist.

Post an ad on cl, many people just look for people buying what they have instead of taking the initiative to create an ad for their item.

Their servers need a boost or something. Whether I'm on a corporate LAN or at home with my lowly 8mbps throughput, it sucks like I'm on some POS dial-up connection. Irritating fucking site. Pretty much just stopped using it. Anyone else have that kinda nonsense on MTBR?

Thanks guys...I'm SO blessed to have this and many other trails literally less than 10 minutes from my house.

That picture is from my usual 3-4 times a week trail ride: Hazards Peak in Montana de Oro.

Has a good mix of everything to practice on: decent(none of that annoying "get off the bike and push") pedal climbing, minor loose rock sections, s-berms section, slope jumps, off/on camber turns, rutted turns, and great Pacific Ocean backdrop.

Not my video, but a video of Hazards. I ride this around 3-4 times a week:
