4wheelonline? Good? Bad?

I've heard mixed reviews about 4wheelonline.com. I couldnt pass up the great price and went for it. I ordered my wheels from them on Monday afternoon and they were at my door Friday morning, shipped to NJ. Excellent price, fast shipping, no complaints from me.

Not to bump an old thread but the customer service at 4wheelonline.com is so atrocious I had to say something. Placed an order through them because the prices were really quite good. All would have been well if I received everything I ordered but dealing with 3 rude customer service reps and 2 inept customer service managers to fix this problem led me to believe the company was not actually legitimate and my money was lost until I saw all the complaints from other people who had dealt with them. Complaint filed with BBB, awaiting results.

In summary, if you get everything you order and it's in good shape buy a lottery ticket; it's your lucky day. If you have any issues with your order, shoot yourself in the foot; it'll be quicker and less painful than dealing with their customer (no) "service".
