Oh game on! We are welcome to mod at my place any time. I have to go out of town in a week and I have a few days off work when I get back. Those might be good days. I'll let you guys know if people are interested.

I know I sound like a broken record with my issues :sorry:

I can bring floor jack, torque wrench, socket set, angle grinder (may need people to bring whatever disc they need, but I have the stuff to strip paint/rust), DMM, and impact wrench.

Nice. I have a compressor, assorted tools for the compressor. I'm looking into a motorcycle lift of some kind before mod day so I can do things like remove a bumper by myself. Do we need a 220V for the welder? I have impact tools and all the socket we need. Star bits if you want to take off your bed. We can even do a multi-day type of thing if some of the mods are going to take longer than 1 day.

I am thinking somewhere in the March 8/9/10 range. Thoughts?

I would roll over to Will's place for a mod day - it would be cool to meet some other local TW folks.

Not sure what I'd do to my truck though.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Might pick up a set of extended brake lines just to have something to do on a mod day.

There are a few other things I can think of if a plasma-cutter/welder will be available:
SKIDS, SKIDS, SKIDS, cab-chop plates, SKIDS, SKIDS, SKIDS.

Those dates in March sound good, only dates that won't work for me are Mar.18-23rd as I will be out of town.

....and of course I'm always down to provide beer/beverages and food-type items. Hookers are not free though :(

hello again...i am still alive. i don't have anything to install, but i do have tools, a little knowledge, and no a lot of fear of doing things to other people's vehicles.

i am also an electrician for a living, so i could find a way to temporarily rig up a 30 amp circuit as long as i have access to the panel, and there is either space in it to put in a new breaker, or it already has a 30A breaker in it. if i went looking, i can probably come up with a few materials to make it happen. what type of plug is needed for the plasma cutter to plug into?

also more importantly than working on trucks, us getting together is a good excuse to drink beer. i might even be able to find some locally, like from Skagit River Brewing...

:anonymous: that thing is still in my shed. I haven't even painted it yet - if I had, we would be putting that beast on for sure.

I do have Thule tracks and racks I need to install on my snugtop.

Looks like I signed Will up to host the 3rd annual mod day :D haha

The first one we had a ton of guys and plenty of stuff to do. The second one was much much smaller and I think all we did was throw extended brake lines on to Wills truck..

I have nothing at all to install as I am a broke college student. But I'll probably swing by and lend a hand if I'm not doing anything else.

I would like to attend one of these, I may not have the money yet to do much mod's but would be nice to see what others have done and help out where I can and get to know some of the Tacoma community around here.

I still have my sliders to put on. Just tell me what kind of beer and or beverage to bring. I don't drink (I know, a sailor that don't drink is unheard of).

Friggin awesome video David! Thanks for putting it together, you are definitely the official NWTW photographer! You got some serious skills man. The editing is perfect, I love the part when Tallon and I are winching out, and the guy's screaming "Recover!!!"....perfect timing

Looking forward to the next one!
