If someone is behind you and riding your ass... just get the hell over. It's not your personal duty to slow down speeding drivers. Shit drives me nuts. It's actually a violation of at least two laws to do that (granted, they shouldn't be riding your ass to begin with because that's also illegal) because you're impeding traffic plus it's clearly posted along I25 that the left lane is for passing only. My guess is that at some point you saw the guy coming up on your ass and could have got over to let them pass. I generally do a few MPH over the speed limit but if someone is coming up on my ass in the distance I do everything in my power to get out of their way (including slowing down before passing to let them by or speed up so that I can get over) and I can't stand motorists who aren't considerate of other motorists. I'm sure you're not the type of driver that pisses me off but by what you've said you're closer to that side of the scale than those who haul ass everywhere. It also seems like more often than not it's someone with Wyoming holding up everyone like they just got their truck off the farm for the first time ever that day.

Agreed, get the f*** out of my way, I will be passing you.
Doesn't matter if you are going 10 over the speed limit, if someone ends up behind you, get over and let them pass. You have no idea why they are going so fast. Someone in the car might be minutes away from dying and if you slow them down you are now responsible for killed them. Extreme I know.

Eh I disagree. Call the ambulance if they are that close to dying. Is the cop responsible for killing that person if he does his job and pulls the guy over for speeding? Short answer: NO.

Btw, we don't even provide police escorts lights and sirens to heart couriers...and they have to get shit there fast.

Also, in regards to Ost's post, not only is it I-25, but all highways posted 65 or above, left lane is for passing only.

When I work 25, 99% of the speeders and left lane drivers are Wyoming plates.
