My apologies to MadeMan I re-read my Novella and I understand that I jump high on the soap box.

Just put yourself in that other persons shoes first before ranting.

I park far away from everyone.

I have to park on the street, my truck is too tall for my parkade, I watch everyone who parks near it like a hawk. I also walk around it every morning and evening on my way to and from work incase anyone did a hit and run.

Probably take up 2 spots but then that gives you something else to bitch about right?

It sounds like the only response to this is either 1: park enough over the line so you take up both spots so the ass end of the truck does not stick out in the driving portion of the parking lot AND no other car can park in front of you or 2: park in the far back corner out of everyone's way. I hate it when people are just over the line enough that if I were to accidentally tap it, itd be my fault (although i do have a bull bar so no harm on mine haha). I hate the people that take up two spots in the front of a P-lot. (and i drive a DCLB and in the rare occasion that I need to take up two spaces bc, like you said they are short sometimes, I park very far away so no one like me can complain). Problem solved, problem stayin solved.

    10 pages to discuss this?

If a vehicle is parked and you hit it or do damage to it in any way, you're liable. That's all there is to it.

I would find a spot that my vehicle fits and park there. If it hangs out a bit then so be it.
I have never seen a parking spot as short as you dudes are making them out to be. Never.
