Just recently got my Tacoma, not planning on a lift or A/t's for a while but im still wanting to find an exhaust that wont be too aggressive for how the truck sits now. May end up blacking out the rims and front emblem but that's it. I did have a dual out flowmaster delta flow 40 on my ranger that sounded really good but I want to go a bit quieter than that. Any suggestions on the muffler and a flush looking dual out setup would be awesome.

Tired of going back in forth on what to get. Just ordered the magnaflow. 18" 2.5 center in 2.5 offset out.

I had a Flowmaster American Thunder dual exit w/ 50 series muffler....mild, not too loud. A little ricey sounding on the inside but you get used to it.

After 4 years, it got a rust hole thru it and I went back to stock.

The novelty wore off and I'm liking the 'quieter' interior now.

I bought the Flowmaster American Thunder Kit for my 2012 V6 with the 50 series didn't like it too much. The pipes in the kit are bent to fit the truck but where the cross over the rear axle they rub each other (fixed that by tack welding them together) and the aft left hanger that bolts on the frame rubs the spare tire. Like Janster said, it's a little ricey so I went with the Original 40 series 2 chamber and love it now, just need to get some 3 1/2" tips next instead of the short 3" ones that came with the kit.

I believe the magnaflow will serve you well that way. Its not nearly as loud as the 14 and the louder ones are what I feel like make it sound a little ricy when being revved
