Thanks guys. Seperating the grille I just kind of ground the plastic welds flush then pulled the plastic "welds" that hold the grille together. You can see them all along the grille, that will seperate the grille into two pieces. There are quite a few of them, so make sure you get all of them. Then I cut the mesh to just slightly bigger than the inner grille piece. After the mesh was set in place, I put the two grille pieces together which should sit back onto the plastic welds, after that you melt the grille welds back together I used a small propane torch and heated up a screwdriver to melt the plastic. To make sure the welds stayed and the mesh stays I put a bead of silicone all along the inside of the grille where it isn't visible from the outside.

What I should start doing is if anyone is interested, you buy the partsgeek grille, send it to my address, then I make the grille, and ship it to whoever wants them

    Thanks man

I got them from here :

    http://www.suspensionconnection.com/cgi-bin/suscon/85250ta.html

And they are holding up great, the ride wasn't changed at all and they provide good lift.

Thanks!! The backspacing is 5.25" from what I've read here, but I have 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacers on all four corners to make the backspace 4" to accommodate my 285/75/16 tires. I know I couldn't believe when I got the call from them letting me know I had won

Great looking rig man. I was curious about your ARE topper. What series is that? Also, did you make your sliders yourself or order them? Thanks man.
