    1PM is really only for powerlifters, bodybuilder actually encouraging not lifting heavy, they do 60% of their 1PM and stay in the 6-12 reps where is a powerlifter stay in the 4-6 rep range.

    Barbell flat bench 135lbx10, 225lbx6, 275lbx4, 135lbx8
    Up right rows 45lb plate 4x10
    Decline dumbell flys 40lb dumbells 4x8
    Machine shoulder press 4x45lb plates 4x8
    Machine decline press 2x45lb plates 3x8
    Bar dips 2 sets of 5 unassisted 2 sets of 10 assisted 20lbs
    Dumbell flat bench 200lbx6, 160lbx4, 110lbx4
    Rack pull various sets and weight, did this pretty much to practice deads form

    Ended with 15 mins incline tread mill

    Posing needs more work...rear poses my foot needs to be angled more and wider to give a illusion of a smaller waist (really I'm a size 32) and broader shoulders..side chest I need to keep it closer to the body...need to keep hammering my legs more and bring up some back thickness.

    recover, and hit up some extra back work.
