Thanks man. I'm going to hopefully get the ball rolling soon but it make take a while for all the pieces to get cut on the lasers. I'm trying to have the pieces cut out of drop material (scraps on the end of the sheets) so it might take a while for production to run enough 3/16" plate. I don't know if any of that made sense but eff it.

Drove it to the ER to get a metal splinter removed from my eye. (yes I was wearing safety glasses, but it still found its way in.) Oh well, I finished up another bed rack.

Both. I feel like a set of white bead locks would be both badass and useful for the snow. My rockers are getting some serious chipping from all the gravel road driving.

It's all good. Vision is fine. Could still read the bottom line of letters on the eye test. :) Just hurt like a mutha! Kinda strange sensation to have someone digging around on your eye with a needle to pick the splinter loose.

Can't do that, customer has been waiting for it too long as it is. Stupid day job has me all backed up on getting racks finished. But it's off to be powdercoated in the morning.

    Heavy duty stuff you're building!

I've done that, only not bad enough to need the ER. Mine came off the bench grinder straight into my eye around the glasses as well. Man did that hurt!

    Yeah I know.

Still.....anyone reading this that has ordered a rack from me.....you guys are awesome and thanks for your patience while I try to find time to finish them up. I've been really slow on these lately since my normal job is like 80+ hours a week right now. But I'm finally starting to feel like I'm catching up. So thanks for patiently waiting!!

I plan on being put on your list eventually.
But of course a group buy for the CVT and bruteforce are going on, so I am hoping to snag both of those.

In case anyone needs more encouragement to come to the Moab meet in May.....

I cannot confirm or deny that a BoxRocket Fab bedrack *might* be a raffle prize. Just rumor at this point. I'm still trying to talk to the boss and find out if its true. :spy:

Yeah I got the dye too. The doctor was telling me that those dye strips are popular for going to the club. I guess people will dye their eyes with those little strips so that they glow in the black lights of the clubs. Made me laugh.

I'm 6'4" and fit just fine, use to dd an 86 4Runner. Just have to get used to the seating position.

Isu2014 why don't you just buy a sheet of 3/16ths? I need to go get some here soon have to make some frame plates and other stuff for my other truck.
