    I always forget how wide the crack is even at the bottom. Looks like the easiest way is to keep a bit of speed as you take the rear across, but 'keeping speed' is probably kinda scary when your truck is leaned over 40 degrees.

    MAYBE with 33's, I just couldn't get through it with my 32's and open open. Luckily the pussy line... I mean bypass is about 40 feet away and is very doable in a Chrysler minivan. :thumbsup:

    Speed was a bad word to use there. I guess I was saying that when I watched those videos, the people that made it across easiest were the ones that didn't let the first rear tire stop in the crack.

    That's misleading. The problem with that obstacle (if you have open diffs) is that the passenger front will will drop into the crack and the driver rear tire will lift pretty high. Without lockers that's just a recipe for being stuck. Once you get the front end across it's not bad at all.

    Still makes me laugh watching that video. My wife was driving my truck across. She totally got nervous and pretty much gunned it once the front went across. Oh well. If you have a rear locker you can actually drive across that obstacle slowly and controlled.........unless you're my wife. ;)
