It's going. Almost a week in and I have lost an inch around the waist. I haven't lost any weight though since I have started working out pretty much every day. But I already feel healthier. Erica also said my skin doesn't feel as dry as it normally does either.

On top of that, the few spots I normally have some excema have started clearing up too. Maybe wheat was the cause of the majority of my problems?

I think it may have just been my shitty eating to begin with. After 30 days I think I am going to put it back in in small quantities. Mainly whole wheats though.

I've had eggs almost every morning since I started this. But I have been buying free range with no antibiotics. I'm not touching flour for a long time anyway. If I do decide to start making more things with it, I will use almond or coconut I think. I'll have to try Arrowheat. I see it's on the "approved" list... I'm just getting into this, so it will take a little while to figure what I can/can't eat. Baking will be fun... no sugars.

Depends on the size of the room. Just like with a dark floor - all dark in a small room, makes the room seem smaller
