    Another thing for people that have never been to Pismo... It is extremely windy. Don't leave your windows rolled down while parked, and tent stakes are useless. One good easy way to tie down tents is 5 gallon buckets filled with sand.

    Not going on this trip, but looking through this thread reminded me of some stuff I noticed last time I was there.

    I'd say drive until you see a bunch of tacos, should be easy to spot us unless we are out on a run. If so, drive out to the dunes and look for a bunch of guys being lead by a black 1st gen with a giant black dildo in the hood scoop.
