    So the 2009 Tacomas should come with 4 leafs instead of 3?

    No The 4 leaf pack is what they install when you are ready for the TSB.


    3 leaf pack is the standard util you get the upgrade (4 leaf packs+ TRD bilstiens)

    What is the difference between the prerunner shocks and the billys?
    i only ask because the regional service rep only approved me for the springs and not the shocks on my 09 prerunner :(
