I'm thinking I have a weak core and is probably needs work. I would think working them out harder would cause growth thus making them pop out more through the fat? I could be wrong, I'm just thinking anatomically.

I def need to step up my cardio some more.

Here is your other picture you requested.

My legs have really no definition.. Maybe I store the fat there. I couldn't even manage a good picture really. I will tell you I work them though. For a living I climb 300ft straight up on a ladder 2-3 times a day, wearing at least 20# of safety equipment.

    Monday's I deadlift
    Wednesday I clean and jerk
Thursday I squat, leg press, lunges, calf raises, power clean, and other misc leg exercises.

They measure out to be 24" in the middle of the quad :notsure:

Yeah you're around 15% IMO... My legs aren't big either. I think I measure like 21" at the mid-quad. I'm 6'2" and a lot of leg though. I do work them though weekly

Yeah my sister in HS on the Volleyball, Basketball, track teams has bigger calves than I do. Wicked cuts in them... I'm jelly

I know my legs were bigger before I blew my knee out my senior year of HS when I was jumping all the time. Trying to get bigger legs, but mine seem to recover very slowly... I need like 4 days before I can even think about doing them again

For recovery purposes, I would suggest intra carb drinks and some BCAA'S

What's your weight/height supraTT? I'd say you're 10-12%. you're pretty lean but need to build more muscle. Warmup with hanging leg raise every time you workout.....front squats and ab wheel roll outs will do the trick too!

    Here's a good read!

    Hit my macros yesterday

Should my calorie intake be in the 2000's if I'm trying to see abs?

Just depends on how much you're burning. I may be completely off with this 'macro' stuff but if you burn more calories than you take in, you're going to start losing fat. Granted youre eating right which definitely looks like you are

So, today, amongst the vast amounts of douche bags and tools at the college gym, some guy politely told me he'd spot me. Turns out ive been rounding my lower back went it felt like the whole time I was doing it correctly. I really appreciated he came up and told me let alone help me with my form. And i've been peaking on just about everything (deads were only lift not peaking and I did today basically) so I think I'm going to take a break on stronglifts. I think I might try upping the reps and see if that helps me increase weight. Not like 1000 reps but just a couple more per set. And keep the reps per sets and amounts of sets changing

Or muscle if he's under eating. I would suggest 200-300 cals every 3-4 wks and go by what the mirror says.

I broke my ankle in the beginning of January, and it still fucking hurts like a bitch and I'm a baby and have yet to go back to the gym. It's been a steady diet of body weight resistance workouts that don't hurt my ankle for the last 2 months.

I was 330 lbs (6'1") and now I'm down to 187 or something like that. I do a keto diet.

    Super easy.

You'll always get better results from quality vs quantity. Form really is everything.
