    I was just thinking something like this. keep the temp gauge in the stock location and have the switches recessed into the area for the sunglass holder, you could still have them at an angle up into the panel and wont have anything hanging lower than a stock console. Hopefully that illustrates the image for you that I have in my head.... Stoked to see what you come up with anyways.

    Me likey!!! I have an 08' with no compass or temp. I want to put 12 switches in there, I was going to do the sunglasses holder mod like the pics above, but I wasn't sure if that would work for the garage door opener door. I like the idea of the slight angle on the "flat" version as I have heard those switches barely fit. But I too am interested to see what stock grey would look like. Price... blah blah blah, I don't mind paying for what I get, if what I'm getting is good.
