    Time for an update...

    Here is the prototype mesh... I was finally able to work out the slots for the smaller letters. This was very difficult due to my equipment limitations.:(

    Here is my next obstacle:

    As you can see the bottom of the grill has a very pronounced outward bow. On the Tacoma grills I can simply modify the cut of the surround to accept the flatter mesh but with this I need to make the mesh fit the surround as is or I'm stuck. :(

    I cannot simply bend it this way since the slots make the mesh very rigid.

    Here is what I get when I try to make it conform:

    This is going to take a while longer to work out I'm afraid...

    Sir, your 5th Gen 4runner grille modification is looking great. I love the look of the Raptor Style Grille.

    Any new update on this grille. How did the finish product turn out.
