Morristown here... Few more people have been popping up in the North. We'll have to make a wheeling trip soon. Though, I really need to buy my lift first, and the sliders probably won't be in until May.

Which reminds me, if any of you have personal experience with the OME lifts and Dakars, can you send me a PM, have a few questions.

I used to be near Washington/ asbury and knew a lot of old dirt bike trails I used to drive but they all are overgrown now.

What's up everyone? I saw this thread and thought instead of lurking around I'd post up.

I'm from the Flemington area. I recently bought a '13 Tacoma Sport and absolutely love it. Super nice truck that rides smooth but still feels like your driving a truck.

I have't done any offroading yet, and don't plan to do any rock crawling but light trails I may be interested in. Just like the guy with the 4runner, it's my DD and I'd like to keep it looking good.

Lmao, very few tourists bring food in shoeboxes, lol but I c where SHOObie fits in. But that wasn't an implication that tourists don't feed the shore economy, was it? :p

    Aggrevation?

If you're in a right of way and someone questions you, all you have to say is your buddy works for the power company and he said to check out this job he just did.

I was under the impression that all powerline "trails" were private property and illegal to be on

I was on a powerline trail local to me the other day and it turns out the property owner walks his dog on it. It was awkward when he was asking us what the hell three guys in a truck were doing on his property.

Powerlines are on right of ways. They are technically private property but the power company has the "right of way" meaning they have the right to be on the property. I even have a letter from the governor stating that I'm an emergency responder for the power company and need to be able to get to work regardless of state of emergency or any other issue. There aren't many good right of ways around here but when ever we work on a transmission right of way I check it out with my truck later on.

I frequent the one in Lacey because it's close to home, that one is pretty decent & some good trails/pits

When we should go ride some trails up north because all the trails up north are all rocky and mountainous which makes for better wheeling especially with the rigs that you guys all have. But that "right-of-way quote is for you that is not something we all have and the cops definitely bust some balls up north because they are frequented by trucks Owned by punk kids
