Does anyone plan on bringing a card table of some sort?

 

If you guys are playing cards at night and not heading up the the pit at Truckhaven this weekend you are doin it wrong. The pit is the place to be at night this weekend.

 

How far is that?

 

30 minutes haulin ass, straight up poleline, follow the chaos from there, can't miss it.

 

I've got a folding plastic table I can bring.

Sounds like fun. we gotta do this!

 

Ohhhh which way up poleline? past that gas station turn off? Only been out here once...

 

Whats going down at the pit?? Partying? If so im down!!!!!

 

The pit is where all the kick ass rigs go at night. Everyone hangs there and watches all the cool shit. Daytime is cool over at telephone booth hill, lots of great rigs there and in the area. Always lots of good carnage.

The pit is pretty much directly north of where all the vendors are at for TDS event. Getting there can be 2wd friendly of you find the right trail.

If you have never been to the annual TDS safari you really should go. Check out the vendors too, see all the professional rigs and grab some swag

So I was wondering is there anywhere to shoot out there? I just picked up a new shotgun and i wanna shoot this weekend...

 

You can shoot south of the 78.

Ok San Diego guys!!! Who's planning on leaving Friday! Me and another guy do not know the way...so we might as well caravan out there! I was thinking we can meet up in Julian at around 2PM on Friday? We can make it earlier or later...makes no difference to me.

Well Leo and I won't be leaving until around 4:30ish (depending on what time he gets back down here from work) so if you want to caravan with us that would be cool if you don't mind waiting around until that late.

And Tyler YES I want to see all that too!!

 

I should be leaving poway like 12 or 1 we can meet on poway road

 

I vote later, I don't get off work til like 2 anyway... 4:30 sounds good to me
