    A small handful of select mods.
    Really you should put it at the tail gate. The weight will pull down on the rear axles. But really you have a quick flip button to 4hi. It's easier to use. :D

    I'm Oman have to disagree with the weight being behind the axle. If you do start to slide that weight acts like a pendulum and tries to keep you sliding. Directly over the axle is the best placement IMO. Big on dirt cars. Keep the weight no further back than the center of the axle. It'll spin you out.

    We discussed that, but don't want to seep into the perforated, heated leather seats! Plus, it's 30 out, and she won't drop them in the cold. In front of the Woodstove was just fine!:D

    I'll put the weight closer to the tailgwt and see if that helps. I really don't have a problem getting around in the snow. Got my 4wd switch if needed. I drive slow and the KC road crews do a half decent job. If I lived somewhere or drove in more snow on a regular basis I'd def get new tires.
