1 maybe 2 at most....I just refuse to go over 60-65 on the highway to compensate for it though...also hard to tell now because fo the crappy winter gas...

Heading over to Just Differentials in Cashmere, WA. I've heard tremendously good things about 'em.

I just went through all 10 pages:thumbsup:. Nice build and I think that the FJ TRD wheels really finished off the looks. Keep it up!

    Thanks Linwood,

I think I'm just going to pull the trigger on regearing. Like you said if you ever have thought about a front locker, which I have might as well do it now. I may just wait and see how she does the next couple of trips. I wonder how far ECGS is from uri? ECGS wants $2900 for regearing, arb plumbed and this also includes the compressor. Compared to $1700 for the regear. Decisions, decisions.

Looking for additional torque while towing. Final RPM difference in overdrive is only ~150 or so between 4.88 and 4.56.

My truck is getting regeared tomorrow. Hope its the shit.

Put my order in for the all pro expo pack, 1.5 inch shackles, bamf lca skid, bamf light bar.

Also ordered my regulator from wheelers for my co2 setup. Just got to figure a vetical mount setup for the bed.

nice! you will love the difference from regearing. i'm sure the shop will tell you, but be very easy on the diffs the first 100 miles, stopping every 15-20 miles to let them cool for 15-20 minutes. then be easy for another 400 miles. replace the rear fluid after 500 miles.

I'm sure the shop will tell me when i get back but how do i change my rear diff oil? I'm pretty juiced on the regearing, especially since slimwood discribed it as feeling like a crawler. Getting all the protection in will give me piece of mind that im not going to fuck shit up.

Now i need to decide if i should order the u bolt flip kit now with new shock mounts or wait. I know the flip kit will give the rear better clearance but is it really needed? Also does relocating the shocks possibly help with travel? I'm holding off on new uca's because its not needed just yet.

    Please give your .02.
