We have 2 of them by our K9 office and swat facilities. You are more than welcome or I could ask where they got them from. The swat guys use them to train and do that crossfit crap.

 

Never could see owning something that I cant shoot, but never threw anything off a roof I cared about.

2-- 5 gal buckets of water wont do??

 

Check your local dump. Mine has a bunch but they wont let me take them.

We had an old gunner come and school us up on our ACOGs. He grabbed a guys M16 and threw it as high as he could in the air and let it hit the ground. Did the same with a SAW.

hahahaha thats the same reason I want one. Can you try and find out how much they paid for them? I want it for the house since my agencies gym is far as and I really dont feel like paying for a gym membership.

Buckets are good but messy and break easy. On my last training exercise we used 5 gallon jugs. We started with full jugs but by the end of the workout we were lifting empty jugs.

With a tractor tire you can do a lot of different workouts and you dont really have to worry about being nice to it.

just get a normal sized 33''-35'' truck tire and fill it with concrete. that's what most of the "home crossfit" guys do around here when they can't find an actual tractor tire around here.

 

Crawford Tire still in Ocoee ???,family run and they used to treat me dam well with the Kenworth and dump trailer....they also did AG tires....

Always had scrap and junks off to the back...

How well does this hold up to tire flips and sledgehammers?

 

I just checked the weight on the other one and its too light. Just 85

Trying to get something around 200-300 pounds.

Not a bad idea but I feel like the concrete break and crack over time?

That's what I'm talking about! We used an MRAP tire overseas, those things had to weigh in that ballpark if not more.

just get a broken fridge off CL, fill it with sand, duct tape it closed, and then flip that thing until your arms fall off

 

Then flip your truck....

Times have changed. A fat boy in boot camp dropped his 14 doing PT.. The C.C. almost had a stroke. It was time for lunch so we all had chow and back to the grinder..The fat kid had to do PT till he pitched lunch. No one dropped anything after that.

got a new body for the 1/10 scale short course truck and color matched it to the truck. they may MTR/Guard dog replicas to fit this one, that i just may have to get
