I have a black Tacoma that gets pounced on every night by cats. I wash it then the very next morning the prints are back. Are there any suggestions on how to stop this? Any alternate ideas?

Piss all over it and mark your territory.

Or kill one and put its head on a stake. They'll get the message...

But seriously. I have no idea.

Im having the same issues... tried all the "home remedies" nothing works. Contacted animal control today. Asshole neighbor feeds about a dozen strays. As you can imagine my litter box... i mean yard, smells wonderful.

maybe a spring air soft gun from wal mart? they don’t hurt bad at all. just sting for 1 second or less. also should not damage the truck at all! I have hit my truck and it did nothing to it.

same issue here. googled it and theres all sorts of shit from car covers to putting out orange peels (natural repelent )

problem is cat at our land is ours. we feed it. but she doesnt scratch the truck. never scratched my old car. just dont attempt to scare it off. bad consequences.

I usually leave a blanket for her in the garage to entice her to sleep there.
That warm engine is hard to compete with though. Ive just accepted the paw marks for now until something comes to mind.

Put a couple bowls of tuna out and put some antifreeze in it. They wont bother you or your neighborhood again.

I you've got a good aim...heat up some water and throw it on the pussy. I hate cats.

If that doesn't work, leave a little bowl of coolant out near your truck for kitty to slurp on :)
