It looks like the carrier is upside down. That part that is touching the shell should be concave up. I don't have the same shotgun, but I looked up parts diagrams and that's what looks different. Good luck.

I don't know how it would go back together upside down though.

Good work though. Way to investigate, determine, and repair your firearm! It's good to know the inner workings of it. You are already a step ahead of many firearm owners!:D

yeah its the 6.5 Lone Wolf. was disappointed in it at first, it wouldnt feed any of the ammo. i took it out, polished it up a lil bit, lubed it down and now its feeding 10x better, still a little rough but im thinking after some rounds down the barrel with a lil more polish maybe it should smoothen it up.

    i hope.

why wasnt it feeding? its much tighter than the stock barrel,in relation to the bullet sitting in the chamber, which is good in a way but it wouldnt feed a single bullet at first. im confident that after the slight polish tonight and some rounds down range tomo itll feed fine. it feeds now with me racking it by hand but doesnt seem smooth like the factory barrel yet. time will tell.

No, I have several LWD barrels. None of which have ever given me any issues, suppressed or not. Why would you run a barrel in your Glock that is known to have issues?

at first i was going to send it back but i decided to polish the ramp a little and it worked, not the first gun ive seen with feeding issues fixed with a simple polish. if it doesnt cycle correctly tomorrow ill give em a call monday, from what i have read on them online the barrels simply feed differently depending on the brand of ammo you have in there. it actually cycles better now but it was tight as hell at first. i only polished it up ever so slightly. maybe thats all it needed?

I wouldn't run it personally. If it's that close then it's close to failing when you need it most.

Ran it today, functioned even better than I had thought. Not a single jam, ran through the glock just fine. Made it much more accurate.
