Oh yeah. The stock ebay projectors are garbage. Morimotos are high quality. Check out TheRetroFitSource.com. all your hid and projector info will be found there. Its where I got my projectors. Bulbs. Ballasts. Etc. I think there are pics in that thread I created of the stock vs morimoto.

Haha, yeah! gotta take em apart and clean them and then make them brighter. They suck old granny titties. My Blitzpro fogs are way brighter than my headlights.

 

Only way to get your projectors to be any better.. is do what i did.. which was a giant pain in the ass.

Id just do a regular retrofit and call it a day.

 

But I already have the headlights! And they look way cooler on my truck than regular lights. Besides there are way fewer with lights like your than there are lights like Stefens.

Well I just remember the stock projectors I had were absolute garbage... which is why I swapped mine out. Its a pain. But if your projectors are anything like mine were.. then I know how you feel. Lol

 

Well I got new bulbs for my brights so they are pretty decent but my lows suck ass. I just want to do something crazy.

Well I mean the projectors themselves. That's why your lows suck. Trust me. This is why I spent hours and hundreds getting morimotos in mine. Lol. The stock ebay projectors are horrid.

You can get the materials and we can try. The problem is... yours are different and I don't know if a morimoto will fit. Hell.. I didn't even know until I got everything. Baked em. Cracked em open and crossed my fingers. Luckily they were close. But I still had to do ALOT of modifications and thinking outside the box.

Worth it. Yeah. Would I do it again? Probably not. Lol

 

Well there is only one way to find out really. And stefen has shrouds and what not if it doesnt work and I'll just do a retro fit and sell all the other crap.

Well ill talk to the old lady and see about this camping trip. Been wanting to go camping for a while now. Would be cool to get everyone together, including all the girlfriends.
