I know that when we went to get the Taco the salesman was pretty cool. Up until the time that he wanted to do the financing of the truck. If they get you into the office your screwed with all the extra bs fees. We set our price , yen and yang dance. then went to the finance officer and said here ya go , we laughed and said well thanks but we would like to write you a check to pay for the truck. He was pissed, and walked away. He was pissed because the deanship couldn't charge all these outrageous rates and fees. He made us set there in the office for about 15 minutes or so,he came back and said the price was not going work and we had to start over. I grabbed my wifes' hand and walked out. we went to another Toyota dealer and within 2 hours had the same truck, 4,320.00 less than the other prick.

Honda dealer ship waiting for them to finish servicing my Accord, and looking at the Ridgline

Salesman: "you wanna take it for a test drive?"

    Me: "No"

    Salesman: "Have any questions?"

Me: Does it have a 4 low range?"

Salesman: "Yes. Its an Automatic low range. It can detect the terrain your driving on, and it selects the range for you"

    Me: "O'rly?"

Salesman: "Only the Ridgeline has it!"

    Me: walking away

Visiting dealerships is an interesting experience. I know more than the salesman 99% of the time, especially if its about a tacoma. I love correcting salesman as they try to weasel out of what they said. The real men will accept what I have said as the truth. Others tried to correct me. Those ones don't fly with me. I haven't had many really dumb quotes yet.
