What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

FINALLY put my K&N air filter in

 

Installed a motorcycle bed bar I had made. I'll get it powder coated and LED bed lights installed after I get back from Mexico.

 

found out my tires rub the front of the fender liner at full lock when the suspension flexes a little now after installing the Spidertrax 1.25" spacers oh well

 

Fixed my driveline vibration (1/4" shims under the carrier bearing), changed the rear diff. fluid, and tightened up a couple of loose bolt on my exhaust.

He's a pure bred Doberman. He's a real lover. Super cuddly. Gets along with my GSD well so far.

 

Moved into my new house with my tacoma. Snowed on us the whole day.

New members first post, first Tocoma, owned for three weeks.

Had hand painted pinstripes added to my Tocoma today. Guy has been doing them over 50 years. Hard to tell from the pictures, they are red and black, red is a perfect match to the red on TRD logo. I'm very pleased with how they look, they look better in person than in the pix.

 

I like it. Seems like this should be coming back by now.

You would think so but the guy who did my pinstripes said nobody wants to pay for them anymore.

 

Got my LEDs installed inside the cab.

 

It's not directly bolted to the hitch frame. Mounted that light to an aluminum bar so it'll bend out of the way rather than break if I hit something (hopefully).

 

Did you have any trouble getting them in? I got some LEDs for my truck and Highlander. Noticed that the 194 style LED are fatter than normal 194 bulb and wouldn't fit in some places.
I had to trim plastic a few times. Especially in the Highlander it was like Toyota had extra tabs to cradle the bulb which made it impossible to use the LED in a few places.

 

I installed some Nfab side steps on my DC long bed Taco. 4wheel parts had it on sale.
