when you first click the make it will list all Toyota (or other) makes under 'Standard Color Seat Covers'. scroll down to see 'Full Piping', 'Half Piping', or 'Realtree'. it's pretty much the first thing you have to do.

If you don't get the zippered back pocket, do they come with a cut in the back to retain use of the stock rear pocket, or do you lose the ability to store stuff in the back of your seat? Also, any problems with folding the rear seats down once the covers are installed?

You have the option on W.O. to buy back pockets, obviously if you don't buy them they will not have them, and since they cover your stock seats obviously you wont be able to access your stock pockets. You could always take a box cutter and make a slit :)

this question has been answered, you can add logos to the seats, one of them being TRD, yes it costs extra.

I don't remember off the top of my head, but i did put a turn around time in my first post. (around 15 days.)

Well that's a bummer. It seems like it wouldn't be that hard to make an opening there so you can use your stock pockets. Box cutter huh...
