    Im just sayin....They couldnt figure out how the "N" guys had engines that had piston speeds so high......evidently, they cant figure out how to keep wheels attached either.

    Some F1 engineers met up with some NASCAR engineers to discuss why the NASCAR engine could atain higher piston speeds. Seems math can be hard for some of these F1 teams.....

    Interesting , I just looked up an article comparing the NASCAR and F1 engines including piston speeds etc

    That's all fine and grand but comparing a brick that takes a lap to get up to top speed and maintain it going left , left , left , left and a car that goes from stop to top speed in 3-4 seconds and then can brake to a stop in 2 1/2 - 3 seconds and pull 5 Gs in cornering and braking is road apples and oranges

    Thats the design of the cars. They dont use Moto GP engine tech., or Aircraft aerodynamic aids. And they weigh more, smaller tires, etc. Thats the apeal.
