Jsut bought a 2013' 4x4 tacoma and saw a couple post and now I'm curious and have a couple questions on my setup and re-gearing ..

I plan on 3" lift with 33'" tires will i run into any trouble towing a boat with this combo or will i need a smaller tire???

Stock tires are 31", so it's only a 6% increase. Should be OK as long as you don't pick a heavy-ass tire.

    Auto or Manual?

I tried towing a utility trailer with a polaris rzr inside it, with auto, 35's and 3:73. It was awful. Would never do that again. I know that's a little different than your setup, but I would consider re gearing if you're towing a lot.
