    I've only been to RCI once for a college game, but how do practices work for the Canes? Do fans get to sit on those bleachers on that one side of the rink?

    Just walk in and go anywhere you want. Just not down by the Canes locker entry.

    You can watch them for free at the PNC center too. East entrance. They let you sit only in the center ice section.
