I probably have what some would consider an obsession with driving with my windows down, so tires howling gets pretty annoying sometimes.

 

For some reason my first thought was that a time lapse video with variable speed of this view would be creepy. Like possessed kid creepy.

 

I believe it. I hear them over everything unless I turn my music up lol

 

Keep in mind they are talking about the MT's (at least BGR is). They make AT's which would certainly be quieter.

My next set will be either duratracs or guard dogs. Unless the open country m/t gets revised by then. I know the duratracs are relatively quiet so I'd want something comparable.

 

I looked at Duratracs but for the price difference (even calculating distance per $1 spent) I couldnt pass up the guard dogs. They run a tad large so I had to trim some but that didnt bother me. They are very nice, like I said never had traction issues but they are also loud. I don't think its too obnoxious in cab but you can definitely hear them

 

Bet that thing was quick!
