Had an epiphany last night on how you make my brothers and my bikes mount to the truck.

Front forks will get locked into place with some of these

    http://www.amazon.com/Yakima-Locking-Blockhead-Bike-Mount/dp/B0000AMR2C

Then I weld on som C channel for the rear tire with a strap to sit in and get some ratchet straps that mount to the center post if the bed rac to suck up the frame.

Looks great in mock up. Doesn't add any sort of major profile at all! Can't wait to build it.

Your gonna re gear?? Arb too I'm assuming? What size?

I'm hoping to do that this summer so will depend. I'm pretty confident I have the resources and ability to do it. So might be a possibility. Lights are easy :p

And well I find myself not leaving for camp till around 6-7 on Friday a lot. So then I end up at camp in the dark. Not a problem now. And now I can setup camp mostly flashlight free. Very handy haha

4.56s might be overkill. But you are a 4 banger so I'm sure they will work nice. I'm going to 4.88s. For 35s

But yea man. I might be able to do it

I'd get 4.88s if 35s are in your future.

2nd gens can do 4.10 too. Think with 33s that's stock. 4.56 and 4.88 is the most popular. 1st gens can go to 5.29 too.

4.30s would be nice too since your on a 32. But if your going to 33s might as well just go 4.56.

Depending on manual or auto either will suffice. My buddy Adam (alove on here) is running 4.88s auto and v6.

Jesus its about dam time! I was going to ask if that was the same one you got in moab...how did you just now get around to making it fit haha! Woulda thought you would have done it sooner.

Also monte, you ever consider dumping the exhaust above the axle or somewhere like that? Already hit it and bent it once, been thinking about cutting a part of it off.

Yea well I've worked on it like 4 times but it was so bent I couldn't get it on. So I just cut finally.

And nope. I've only hit mine once. Mine is pretty high up already the way it's piped plus with my rear is so high off the ground due to the 5" or so of lift.

Never heard if em. You'd need a major alternator tho! Lol but looks interesting how big are they? They look heavy. Are they boat batteries.
