what i loved about the chara fight was that prust went and found Lucic

gotta say I love the style of hockey Prust plays, and hes been a key component to montreal this year

cant believe its Colby Armstrong and Prust as a pk unit

Bad injury. Personally, I have never played goal, but I would think that is a high stress point for a goalie. Especially when in the butterfly of trying to flatten a pad to the ice....bummer

As soon as Prust locked up with Lucic, I knew the Habs were taking control. Win or lose against Lucic, Prust already got the bench going just standing up to him.

They might be tough, but not always smart. Habs knew they'd take a beating physically but just draw penalties and the B's will be easy. I also think if Price was in net that would've been a 4-0 game for the Habs.

Son of a mother! Guess we'll find out what Ellis is made of.

    I approve this image.

I swear Kane's goal was in slow motion. If he skated any slower he would have gone backwards.

Can only hope this does something.....anything.....to spark something with the Oilers. Not nearly enough for many Oilers fans - but many are at least happy that the GM has signs of a pulse.

    Woot! #1

"The Bruins also are the third-most penalized team in the league at 15.6 minutes a game. The Philadelphia Flyers (17.2) and the Toronto Maple Leafs rank 1-2."

"The Blackhawks need two more wins to have the third-longest point streak in NHL history:
    35 -- 1979-80 Philadelphia Flyers (25-0-10)
    28 -- 1978-79 Montreal Canadiens (23-0-5)
    23 -- 1975-76 Philadelphia Flyers (17-0-6)
    23 -- 1940-41 Boston Bruins (15-0-8)
    22 -- 2012-13 Chicago Blackhawks (19-0-3)"

and only 13 more to break the real record :)

    I concur.

You don't think the hype is funny when Chicago's not even close to the real record?

What Chicago is doing is impressive. Parity amongst NHL teams is at an all time high. One could argue that what Chicago has already achieved is more impressive than any before them on that list

It was stupid though, biggest penalty killer the bruins have takes himself off the ice for 17 minutes, and over what? His teammate getting bruised up alittle, I think chara was just looking for an excuse to beat up a guy who doesn't fight.
