Awesome! I replied to your PM's. Thanks for the order.

Mounting holes are predilled in the sides of the rails.

I guess now is as good a time as any to give an update on lead time for these. I currently have enough orders to keep me hoppin until the TW Moab even at the end of May. I seriously appreciate the interest in these and everyone who has placed orders. If you have orders pending and you've already sent a deposit, I'll have them done before the end of May (most of them sooner). I apologize for the long wait, but appreciate everyone's patience as I'm stuck building these in my spare time which isn't much these days.

If you place an order after today, I will do my best to have them earlier than June but I can't promise that. What I can promise is that I'll crank through them as fast as possible.

    Thanks again everyone!.

I want one in the worst way. I am not sure my dogs kennel would fit with it. What is the measurement between the bed and the rack?

Looking at the pictures I'd say that if the kennel sits below the rear window you'd clear it. Appears to line up with it pretty well.

    From the future. :)

I'm actually building those too but there is a bit of a wait for those. I'm happy to get people in the queue but I'm currently looking at mid summer for new orders. The rear tire carrier would require a bumper as well.

I want to state for the record that Adam is very timely in responding to PMs, even when I ask inane questions.

Also, I will now leave him alone so he can work :D

Has a 2nd get actually been built yet? I understand the backlog, and yes i've read throught all 10 pages, but unless I skipped something I have not yet seen mention of a completed 2nd gen or picture of one. Thanks for an awesome product and your patience with all of us 2nd gen guys. I'm very interested but would of course love to see one first.

With my current backlog it hasn't made sense for me to build a 2nd Gen one yet just to have waiting for someone to order. These are all custom since there are different options available. There has been a lot of 2nd gen interest but no one has actually pulled the trigger yet. As soon as I have a confirmed order, the 2nd Gens will be rolling.

So for a 2nd gen bed rack to be mounted, will it require drilling of holes anywhere?

Also would would be total cost, including shipping to 85715, for a 2nd gen bed rack powdercoated, no tie down tracks.

This info is all in the thread......but once more, no the 2nd Gens will NOT require drilling.

Shipping to most of the western states is ~$50. So you're looking at ~ $440 for a powdercoated rack with no tracks shipped to Tucson.

So I know you said you are backlogged quite a bit. If someone were to purchase a 2nd gen bed rack, when do you think they could expect to take delivery of it?

Does that reflect local purchases too? (like sub-10 miles, local)
