    Haha thanks man, it actually does lol i can eat 1600 cal in 1 meal. But then again i weight 100lbs more than you. I do a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. usually one big ass meal, and 1 protein shake with fruits to finish my macro. im down about 1 lb per week, getting stronger but bf% is dropping pretty slow, it just don't make sense man.

    right now im around 28% eating 1800 cal im trying to have at least 45g of fat for function, and try to get as much protein in as i can. which is really really really hard.
    im taking PrimaForce BCAA 15mg pre 5 intra 10 post

    I hear you man, it's tough. I'd really like to get down around 15% ish and maintain that. I'm probably 23-25% right now. My goal for this month now is to stay away from the scale and just focus more on measurements. Going to step my calorie intake up to around 2500.

    I'll see if I can find that PrimaForce at the BX.

    Go by what the mirror says...I don't follow IF because I don' want to starve my body of macros and micros for any amount of time...also I do what I know works and has been proven over,and over and over again.

    IF has been working wonders for me. I'm sure it's not benificial to some one who is Bodybuilding though. I have no desire to compete ever, just want a nice balance between looks/size/power.

    Actually the guy who started LeanGains (Martin Berkhan) is a bodybuilder and says its most beneficial when bf% gets lower and things get tougher to tweak....."nutrient partitioning" meaning muscles will soak up nutrients more efficiently then if it has them constantly. Not sure if I buy it or not but I can tell a difference. I'm a little less than 15% and trying to get under 10%.

    t4r4life - you may try upping your fat a little and cut the carbs down while keeping the cals at 1800 and see if that helps? I personally do better on higher fat/protein and light-medium carbs......100-175 carbs a day is plenty for me!

    I tried IF and it didn't work for me. Maybe cause I have a shitty schedule and I work grave yard. But everyone's different.


    Oh! And I bought some chicken breast from "lucky's" and they each weighed about 15oz. That's twice the size of any other chicken breast I've ever eaten. I'm wondering if they are loaded with too much hormones. I know the chicken we eat is (usually) but this meat was mutated. Didn't taste good either.

    That wouldn't be enough food to maintain me, my body would start eating muscle tissue... I thought the IF was 16 hour fast followed by 8 hour eating window? You certainly aren't going to make any gains with that few of calories.

    Haha making gains, that's not my priority right now, my priority right now is to get down below 20% bf and stay there, i lift very heavy and my strength actually went up, im at the stage right now that im big enough and have enough muscle that if i lose 10-15lbs of muscle that's really not a big deal to me. as long as i can keep the BF% down i know i can do a clean bulk and get huge again. one and only perk of being an endo.

    My response to that would be that muscle is a fat metabolizer, more muscle, more fat burning. And if burning fat is your goal, then eating at Chipotle isn't going to do much for you. You really wanna burn? Eat a pound of chicken a day, 2 protein shakes, green veggies, nuts or avocados for some fat. But hey, what do I know :rolleyes:

    Do you realize how much lean body mass i have being 5'11 275lbs and 27%bf? i have more lean mass than most people's whole body weight, so how about i keep getting leaner and stronger and you just keep doing what you are doing. but hey i only spent half of my life lifting weights what do it know. :rolleyes:

    11 actually back when i was a kid where i lived we don't have internet videos games and fun tv shows, all we had for fun was old gym equitment, big rice fields and pokemond cards(still have those btw)

    Sounds like you definitely should be taking advice then, you have been lifting for 10 years and are almost 30% bf? Don't you think you might be doing something wrong?
