Backpacking guy - How someone that noisy made it that long without being eaten is a mystery. Maybe that's why Rick didn't pick him up; because he was too noisy and stupid to fit into the group.

Carl - BOOM. Dayum! Nice shot, bro.

Michonne - I like her 100% more now.

Something that has been bothering me. Remember Daryl's motorcycle? That thing sounds like a hog but is maybe a 500cc side-by-side twin motor. Bugs the crap out of my every time they showed him riding that little p.o.s. with it sounding badass.

Rick should have gotten some grenades from Morgan's place I imagine they would make light work of clearing a zombie infested cell block or the breached yards.

This was the best episode since the pilot, IMO. No soap opera BS; just the cold, hard, and brutal reality that they live in now. The actor that plays Morgan did a fantastic job, and the episode was well written. It was awesome that they followed some of the plot points of the comic as well, even if they did put their own twist on how things happened.

Did everyone in the CDC perish after the building blew up? I can't remember. Maybe the backpacker was someone who got out of there...maybe with some sort of vaccine in his backpack?

Maybe that's why they're showing the CDC episode in black and white on Thursday? Or maybe it's just coincidence.

I'm pretty sure the CDC was a dead end, that Dr. in the CDC went with the building. Although, I think the backpack may mean something.

Anyone notice how clean the backpack was on that guy. The orange was spotless considering he would have used it. I thought there was going to be a bunch of guys flowing out of the woods after they passed. Basically luring people in with a lone hiker and then jacking/killing the people who stop.

That's definitely not Jim as he was just about dead from the fever. I agree it was more of a way to show how focused and emotionless the group has become over time. They barely have enough food and guns for themselves already and don't want to take anyone else in. Especially since they don't know who the guy is or if he could harm the group in any way.

In regards to being close to Rick's home, it's a little far fetched, but not unbelievable. If they were really 20 mins away then Rick would have known the name of the prison, being a LEO. It only makes sense. I think they were a couple hours away since they got there a bit earlier and left when it was getting darker.

Some of you need to pay more attention... Some of the stuff you are "remembering" isn't even close.

I don't want to call out specific people... but the most recent was the comment about Jim being tied to a tree with a pistol. Jim was neither tied to the tree nor left with a pistol in his possession. He refused the pistol, telling the group that they were going to need it. Sorry to pick on one person... but there have been plenty of others.
