My truck is approaching 70,000 miles, and my dealership randomly reminded me via email to do a 70,000 mile service. What does one do other than the regular oil change?

    Look in your owners manual.

As long as you've been taking care of the service on a regular basis, you shouldn't have to do anything special.

If the dealer does it for you, they won't do anything special other than charge you ~$300

I got a letter in the mail regarding a 70000 mile service, is there anything special done at this point. Or do they just mainly replace different fluids n oil change? Or do they replace plugs. Cause if its just different fluids that's not hard I could do that.

The owners service manual has all the details of what you need to do at all your scheduled maintenances.

I wasn't trying to sound like a smart ass. I stated that because the service manual has specific maintenance based on your driving habits. Different intervals for for fluid changes based on use of vehicle and torquing the propellor shaft and such.
