Matt, what did they quote you with install for that thing?

 

Yeah they quoted me rape, no lube. lol

My buddy had his s/c done by the same dealership back in early 2011 for $800.

Yesterday, they quoted me $1500.00.

I don't mind TOO much bc I know it'll be covered under the factory warranty. I'm def NOT ordering the s/c through them, however. I'll probably order the s/c + fit kit from TrdParts4u.com for much cheaper.

 

The lady who does the voice of Bart simpson came in to my work today. Gotta say she was pretty cool and funny. Tripped me out when she first started talking in the voice

Whatup 805. Stoked on the upcoming pismo meet. I have lived in Cambria for twenty years and am dying to talk Toyotas to somebody that gives a shit! Everybody wants me to shut up because my build is all I read and think about when I'm not at work.

I manage the Woodward at the San Simeon Campground so if anybody that shares the Toyota Passion cruising through on the way to Big Sur, wants a firewood hookup, lemme know.

I need to hook up my cb before the meet, if anybody is available I'd appreciate you showing your wealth of knowledge!

But just a heads up the built in ones I've heard a pretty unreliable, mine was way off in my cobra too

 

That might be why when I first tried to tune it I couldn't get the fucker to work, so I just gave up.Oddly enough, it still works pretty well, just says "antenna warning"...
