Here is how i do it, i wake up in the morning around 8am, take my omega 3 and CLA with yohimbine and 1/4 gallon of water and i go to gym around 3pm and finish at 5pm, come home cook and eat around 530pm, then again at 8pm and 1 protein shake at 930pm then in bed around 12.
my meals are viking sized, i cant do the breakfast lunch and dinner style anymore i'll be tired all day and wake up sleepy, right now i have energy all day till i eat and wake up energized.

Depends on what you want. Like the guys above they eat 1600-1800 calories in that period. Some eat all the macros they need in the day in that short period. Other gorge if they're trying to gain as well

I personally need to eat a meal before my workout......can't give it my all otherwise!

I basically skip breakfast and push my 3 meals later in the day (eat from 12p-8p). I work the night shift 3-4 times a week so don't always do this but it's really not that hard. On work nights a wake up at 6pm and eat from 11pm-7am the next morning (8hrs eating window).

There's 1,000 ways to skin a cat, what matters is calories at the end of the day.....under maintenance to lose and over to gain! We're so scared to not be eating constantly in this country and are afraid of losing all our "gainz" if we skip a meal.....it's funny! Our bodies were designed for under/over feeding! You can't burn fat if you're getting a constant supply of calories (especially carbs with their insulin response)! Just my .02

Sure. It depends on how close you are, how fast you metabolize food...losing too much too quick can also be hurtful as well as some of that may be muscle.
