    what about fuel, you can only go about 500 km id you got a full tank, im going on foot then i wont be a target. people will want your ride. just saying

    If something goes down, ideally you won't be more than 1 tank from your house/wherever you're going to go. On foot you will still be a target, but one with a bit more lateral mobility and concealability. People will want whatever you have, but I agree with you, the fancier your ride/better shape it's in, that will be a handy thing to have. Same goes for a flashy backpack stuffed with all kinds of things and crap hanging off of it. Same for a military style pack. It could bring you attention you don't want from the wrong people.
    Just my $.02, YMMV.

    Period. Any major roadways. I lived in a couple "country" areas, and many other areas. Whenever there is an incident, people panic, and inevitably flood the streets.

OME 882s, HD Dakars and nitrochrgers, TG front bumper, custom rear bumper, 4Xinnovations sliders, RAT skids, Softopper, 255/85/16 ST MAXX's on 16" steelies, 1" B.O.R.A. wheel spacers Scangaugae II, deck plate mod, grey wire mod,ECGS bushing, diff breather relocation, alarm mod, defrost w/o compressor mod, de-badged, sockmonkey beside decals.
    It's ok. There were parts at the beginning and then again at the end that I had a hard time staying interested in. I did like all the survival techniques and info though.

    I thought it was pretty goofy. If you're reading it for survival skills, a boy scout handbook would have been a better purchase, or any of the $3 military manuals surrounding wilderness survival, orienteering, E&E, etc.
