I try not to carb load before bed... I used to do that but I have found that I put on weight just fine without it. It makes me feel really groggy the next morning.

I have a hard time leaving the gym knowing i still got more reps and sets in me. i kicked up the macros today too to 2100 cal 265g protein 175g carbs and 37g good fats just for this work out, im trying my best to keep my strength. and all those reps were heavy reps and so far it's working out pretty good. Im sure once i hop off creatine and Craze for a week there will be no way i can do this.

Carbs turn on the "feel good" neuro sensor allowing for a good nights deep sleep.

The past few pages seem to be a comparison of who has the hardest/most over-complicated, workout or diet.

I have no idea what Bodybuilders need to do, but I know the average, hit the gym 3-5 days a week, guy, doesn't need complicated diets or workout plans to get results.

Are most of the posters in this thread Bodybuilding?

There's nothing new about counting macros or moving meals around in the day? Some eat 6-8 times and others 2-3.....nothing wrong with either!
