    I tore all the ligaments in the AC joint of my right shoulder...and then proceeded to push the clavicle behind the joint.
    The only thing holding up my shoulder right now is my skin. Pain pills are good tho!

    Just wait man, it gets worse. I'm still in denial with my age too and my body is trying to pull an all out mutiny these days. year 40 has sucked a giant donkey that's for sure.

    after 3 knee scopes I can hardly get up and down the stairs these days. I have a fractured vertibrae and dealing with constant back pain. But still snowboarding, playing in a soccer league, playing basketball a couple times a week, and the "not-often-enough" helicopter man from the ceiling fan. I figure I'll go out with a bang at least.

    Good luck with the surgery. Hope your back to full form in time for Moab.
