No worries I have been a resident here my whole life and my father was in the Air Force; I still have issues spelling it some times. Haahaahaahaa

Here i was wasting time before class and I saw the picture, and I thought "wow that looks just like my truck!", clicked on it and it was :D

And I wonder whose truck that was. I feel like I have been seeing more Tacomas around Davis. Just the other day I saw someone with a new plate bumper.. I only knew one other guy in town with a plate bumper (besides kevin) but his was an arb...

We Just secured the Bacon Mania truck as a vendor for my Church's Easter event. So anyone who has kids and wants an excuse to eat some crazy bacon goodness, you should come by. The event will have tons of bounce houses and other events including a Helicopter egg drop. They drop 50,000 plastic candy filled eggs from a helicopter. The Bacon Mania truck is the norcal affiliate of the one featured on the discovery channel show - "United States of Bacon". www.baconmaniatruck.com

Because its a church event. They want people to go to church on the actual easter day not to a bouncy house / egg searching event.

Does anybody around here know anything about flux core welding? My clarke 130 flux core stopped welding last night and i couldn't figure out why, adjusted tensions, changed tips, using good lincoln wire... It will lay one tack then the wire gets bunched up and it stops. I'm hoping i don't have to finish my bed cage with my damn arc welder.

    ...too much shit to list.
I had a similar problem with my mig, ended up being my contact tip...no idea why. Changed that out and no more problems.

If you're in my hood, you're welcome to borrow my mig.

thanks for the offer Jason, i was just on a couple welding boards and think i may have figured it out.

I have a giant supply of new tips and have tried several new tips so its not that.
I had to take out this swan neck liner http://www.usaweld.com/v/vspfiles/images2/WE7012.jpg as it was kinked and kept on sliding up to the tip and arcing on the tip. It welded fine for a night after i took it out then stopped last night. I'm thinking without this liner the wire is arcing at the base of the swan neck cuasing a jam. Was also reading that when ever a jam happens the rollers scuff up the wire cuasing another jam once that scuffed piece gets to the tip, cuasing a never ending sequence of jams.

So i got a few things i'll try before i go searching for another welder.

I'm just up the road from you in gold ridge forest. Looked up a pick of your truck and don't think I've seen you on the road yet. But I'll keep an eye out.
