    I see! I never use the control panel to check threads. At the bottom of the subscriptions drop down, I use the "All subscriptions" link. That is my homepage. haha And you can't view the post count from there.

    ive started doing something different for my homework routine...since ive been super busy and sick as shit I havent gotten to the gym in a while and could tell i was slacking, so I put some weight on a dumb bell and have been doing sets of curls and tricep work outs every 15-20 min while I do my home work haha. Its not a ton of weight, but im focusing on perfect form and going slow as shit and I can feel it. My elbow doesen't move at all while I do the curls, and they are a full 180 degree movement from down to up and back, all going quite slow. If I do homework for a couple hours and do a set every 15-20 or so minutes then thats a lot of curls lol! My arms should be jelly by the end of it.

    working biceps individually like that..is ...re..tard..ed. haha There is no point. But for looks. They are a secondary muscle. Doing other exercises merits large biceps and strong biceps.

    Pull up, power cleans. Pratcially anything with a barbell haha

    Do pushups. Situps. air squats. BURPEES!

    Honestly can not think of a better thing to do then Burpees.

    Tricep extensions. Bigger triceps will actually make your biceps look bigger too. I read somewhere that something 75% of the mass of of your bicep (looks wise) comes from your tricep.
