    It's one of those australian things that sounds like a lot of vibrating. Jamiroquai did a song with one, it was pretty interesting.

    It looks like a long pipe (maybe 6') with a bend on the end and you vibrate your lips in it. I'm likely oversimplifying it, but dcrooks is taking his sweet time getting back to you.:cookiemonster:
